Photo keychains as holiday party favors
Photo keychains make holiday party favors guests use every day: their own photo from the party, on their keys by Monday. With a photo keychain station beside the booth, each guest's photo becomes a mini photo strip keychain, made on site in front of them with your logo on the back. Here's why it works as a favor, how the station runs, and how to plan quantities and timing for a December party.

Why a photo keychain works as a holiday party favor
- It gets used. A keychain rides on keys, bags, and badge lanyards, so the party stays in sight well into the new year.
- It's personal. Every keychain carries the guest's own photos from the night, framed by your design.
- It carries the brand. The back holds your logo, the party theme, or a holiday message in your colors.
- It's a moment of its own. Guests watch their keychain come together at a styled table, and the table becomes a gathering spot.
- It comes with the photo. Guests still leave with their print and the digital copy on their phone, so the keychain adds to the night's takeaways.
The photo keychain is available with any holiday party photo booth rental, quoted alongside the booth.
What the keychain looks like
The keychain holds a mini photo strip: a 1-by-3-inch insert in a clear, two-sided keychain. The front shows the guest's photos from the booth; the back carries your artwork, from a company logo to a "Happy holidays" message in your brand colors. The insert is designed alongside your print layout, and you approve both in the same mockup before the party.
How the keychain station runs at a holiday party
- Pose at the booth. Guests step into the open-air, glam or vintage enclosed booth for photos styled to the party.
- Print the keepsake. Each session prints the guest's photo to keep, along with the mini strips for the keychain.
- Cut on site. Each mini strip is precision-cut on a professional die cutter for a clean edge, the same finishing step behind our custom trading cards.
- Assembled at the table. A dedicated keychain attendant sets the strip into the keychain and hands it over, so the booth line keeps its pace.
- On the phone too. Every photo goes to the guest by text or email, and the full gallery follows after the party.

Planning how many keychains
Keychains are planned by quantity: you choose how many, and we make up to that number during the party. Start from your guest count and the feel of the night:
- One per guest for a company-wide thank-you.
- One per group for a party built around team photos.
- A set count for a leadership dinner or a VIP table.
When you book, we compare the keychain count with your headcount and suggest a different number if the room calls for it.
Keychain orders start at 100 keychains, and you can add more in sets of 50.
Pair keychains with the booth and the print
The keychain station runs beside the booth, so the pairing shapes the favor:
- Open-air photo booth: whole teams in frame, up to ten at a time, then each guest's keychain at the table.
- Glam photo booth: a black-and-white portrait, finished as a mini strip. Glam is our studio-portrait experience: soft studio lighting, a retouched editorial finish, and prints that look like a magazine sitting.
- Vintage enclosed booth: guests step out of the booth with their strip and bring their photos to the keychain station beside it.
- The print: every session still prints, so guests leave with a custom print design and a keychain from the same photos.

When to add keychains to your holiday booking
- When you book the booth: add the keychains in the same booking so the quantity, the table, and the attendant are planned from the start.
- Four to six weeks out: send the logo and theme, and approve the keychain artwork with the print mockup.
- Two weeks out: confirm the headcount and the keychain count, plus a table beside the booth with access to power.
- The night of: the keychain table opens with the booth and runs until the last keychain is in a guest's hand.
