A booth that belongs in the ballroom.
A gala photo booth is part of the room: guests in their best, a sponsor list to honor, and a program that runs to the minute. We design the print and screen to the evening, set the booth before cocktails, and plan its place around the program with your event team.
Our record includes a fall gala this season, a speakeasy and casino-night fundraiser, and charity events with local businesses. Each one started the same way: the event design, the sponsor list, and the timeline, built into the booth before the doors opened.
Styled to the evening. Ready before cocktails.
Three ways to dress a black-tie night.
Vintage enclosed
A curtained, sit-down booth and the classic photo strip, with an exterior designed to the event. The statement piece for a black-tie room.
Glam
Our beauty-lit booth: soft, flattering light, a soft-skin finish in black and white or color, and prints that look retouched. Made for formalwear.
Open-air
A whole table in one frame, studio lighting, prints and sharing. The crowd favorite once the dancing starts.
From benefit dinners to casino nights.
Black-tie galas
Annual galas and award dinners in hotel ballrooms and estates, with the event identity on every print.
Fundraisers and benefits
Casino nights, auctions, and benefit dinners, with sponsor recognition built into the design.
Charity and community events
Daytime charity runs, food drives, and community nights, set up indoors or outdoors.
Easy for the planner. Elegant for the guests.

Gala and fundraiser photo booth questions.
Which photo booth suits a black-tie gala?
For a statement piece, the vintage enclosed booth. For a soft, retouched portrait, the glam booth. For big groups once the dancing starts, the open-air booth. Larger galas often run two.
Can our sponsors appear on the prints?
Yes. Sponsor and event logos are designed into the print and the sharing screen, and your team approves the layout before the event.
Can the booth help with donor follow-up?
Yes. Each share can carry an optional email or SMS opt-in, and the contacts are exported for your team after the event. The data belongs to you.
Where does the booth go during the program?
We plan placement with your event team so the booth fits the room and the timeline, usually near cocktails or the dance floor, and confirm power and load-in ahead of time.
How much does a gala photo booth cost?
Galas and fundraisers are quoted to the event as one all-in number, usually the same day, based on hours, booth type, and number of booths. See how our pricing works.
