Most of our Orange County calendar sits along the coast. We work the resort properties from Dana Point and Monarch Beach through Laguna, the private estates above Newport Coast and Corona del Mar, and the waterfront venues around Newport Beach and Huntington Beach. These are the load-ins that reward planning — gated communities, staged vendor arrivals, service elevators shared with three other teams — so we build the setup schedule backward from your venue's end time and confirm access with your coordinator before the date.
Irvine, Costa Mesa, Anaheim, and Santa Ana are where most of our brand and corporate work lands — the Spectrum and Irvine business complex, Segerstrom and South Coast Plaza, the convention hotels, and the office campuses along the 405. Product launches, holiday parties, and conferences at these venues come with a longer vendor list and a stricter floor plan, so we lock dock access, power location, and booth footprint with your venue contact well ahead of load-in.
