  • Yes, with the rights holder's approval — we design directly to your brand guidelines and clear artwork with your team before the event. For events built around a team or league you represent as a fan, we create original artwork in your colors so the card looks and feels authentic.

  • Yes, as an upgrade. Guests choose between a studio photo card and an AI-transformed card at the screen, or we set the whole event to one style. AI cards take a few minutes each to generate, so we size the AI card count to your window and add a second station for larger groups.

  • Every digital delivery collects an email or phone number with opt-in, and custom survey fields can attach extra questions to each session. After the event you receive an exportable list, capture counts, and sharing analytics alongside the full gallery.

  • We scope card counts and hours to your guest list and add stations for stadium, festival, and multi-day volume. Tell us your expected attendance and the window guests will have access, and we'll size the setup to match.

  • Two to four weeks gives us time to design, proof, and produce your card. Custom booth wraps and multi-station activations benefit from four to six weeks. Popular dates in the fall and December book out early.
