The brief
A keepsake, made for each member.
CommunityAmerica Credit Union was hosting a member appreciation night with the Los Angeles Rams: an open-house evening in Hawthorne with food, drinks, and giveaways for about 80 members. They wanted the one thing a giveaway table can't be — a keepsake made for each person, branded to the credit union, that members would keep on a desk or a fridge long after the night.
The answer was a trading card booth running the Signature Card experience: each member's photo, name, and number on a custom card, finished in a collector's case on the spot. The station sat outside the venue, the booking was confirmed six days out, and the whole activation ran inside a two-hour window. It's the same format we run for corporate events and brand events, sized to one evening.
The build
Designed, printed, and cased on site.
01
The card design
Front and back designed to the credit union's brand guidelines, built from their logo files. Members saw their card take shape on screen before it printed.
02
Personalization
Each member entered their name and number at the booth. Both printed on the card in a signature style, so no two cards on the night were the same.
03
The finish
Every card was printed, die-cut, and set in a magnetic one-touch collector's case on site, sealed with a holographic seal carrying the CommunityAmerica logo.
04
Digital share
The full card, front and back, sent to each member's phone by text — the keepsake in hand and the branded version online the same minute.
On the day
On the night, card by card.
Results
What members took home.
The station ran at the pace of the line for the full two hours. A member stepped up, entered a name and number, took the photo, and had a finished card in a sealed case in hand before the next person was done choosing a pose.
A two-person crew made the speed possible: one running capture and the screen, one on the die cutter, cases, and seals. The printer never set the pace.
After the event, CommunityAmerica received the analytics dashboard — sessions, shares, impressions with charts, and the full gallery of every card — along with a password-protected photo gallery for the members.

For sponsors, teams, and member programs
How this one ran.
Sized to the evening
A two-hour window, about 80 members, one station, one all-in price. Larger programs add stations and crew; the format stays the same.
Built from your brand files
Logo files and brand guidelines in, a card design back for approval, and your logo on the seal. Team or sponsor marks go on the card when the partnership's artwork is approved.
A keepsake with reach
Every card is a physical object people keep, and a digital version they share. The dashboard shows both: cards produced, and the impressions the shares earned.
