The Studio Booth is a photographer-led portrait set: a camera, shaped light, and a backdrop chosen for your event. Our founder, Devin, poses each guest or small group and takes the portrait himself, the way a fashion shoot works, and it prints on the spot.
It is made for rooms with a dress code: galas, launches, award nights, and weddings where people came looking their best and want a picture that shows it.

What is a studio booth?

Yes. Our founder, Devin, runs the camera at every Studio Booth event, posing each guest or group and taking the portrait himself.
Is a studio booth the same as a portrait studio or portrait lounge?
Yes. Studio booth, portrait studio, and portrait lounge all describe the same idea: an open, photoshoot-style set built around a photographer. We call ours the Studio Booth.
How is it different from a photo booth?
A photo booth lets guests take their own photos, fast and in groups. The Studio Booth adds a photographer who directs each portrait: an open set, lighting shaped for the event, and one polished image per guest that looks like it came from a shoot.
How is the Studio Booth different from your Glam booth?
Glam is our beauty-lit booth: soft, flattering light and a soft-skin finish in black and white or color, run by guests at their own pace. The Studio Booth is photographer-led, with a set and lighting look designed for your event, so every portrait reads like an editorial shoot.
Can the set match our brand or theme?
Yes. Choose from our backdrop collection or bring your brand colors, and we plan the lighting look and the print design with you. Launches and activations can add a branded backdrop.
Do guests get prints?
Yes. Portraits print on site as 4x6 or 5x7 prints, designed to your event, and every guest gets the digital copy by text, email, or QR. All files are delivered after the event.
What does it need from the venue?
About a 10 by 10 foot space and a standard outlet. We arrive about an hour early to build the set, and we can run on our own battery power when an outlet is out of reach.
Where do you offer the Studio Booth?
Across Los Angeles and Orange County, with San Diego and destination events quoted with travel and logistics built in.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you have a date. Weekends in spring, fall, and the holiday season book first, and set design needs a little lead time when the backdrop is custom.
