Most of our Los Angeles calendar sits on the Westside. We work private estates in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, and Brentwood, rooftop venues across West Hollywood, and beachfront properties from Santa Monica through Venice and Marina del Rey out to Malibu. These are usually the tightest load-ins in the city — limited street access, staged vendor arrivals, hard curfews — so we build the setup schedule backward from your venue's end time rather than forward from cocktail hour.
Downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Century City, and Culver City are where most of our brand and corporate work lands, along with the studio lots in Burbank and the converted warehouse spaces of the Arts District. Product launches, press days, and holiday parties in these venues tend to involve a longer vendor list and a stricter floor plan, so we confirm dock access, power location, and booth footprint with your venue contact well before the event date.
